Our Gel Wax for Special Effects is easily melted and moulded clear.

You’ll be able to create impressive props, including body parts, long term food displays, ice cubes, etc. This is due to our wax being a dimensionally stable, jelly/gel-like material. Sometimes used instead of silicone rubber, Gel Wax is a specially formulated medium for all those special effects were you need a substance resembling jelly. Using wax on set adds consistency to the filming, it’s practical, and eliminates the risk of spillage or melting.
