Returns and Refunds

Should you wish to make a return, please contact [email protected]. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. Following this, the product must be sent back within 14 days of requesting a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify that we have received your returned item and if your request for a refund is approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed within 14 days, either via a credit note applied to your customer account or you can request the refund is paid into your account. Your account details will be required.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account as it can take a few days to process or contact us at [email protected].


We replace items if they are defective or damaged and will exchange it with the same product (like for like). Please send us an email at [email protected] and we will arrange the collection of your product and once the returned product is inspected will then arrange replacement product.

Shipping returns

To return your product, the address is 35 Holmethorpe Avenue, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 2NB.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the product is faulty you will receive a refund, and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
